The apocalypse is coming on Wednesday and teenager Rachel Stien and her parents are trying to pull it together. "End Days," currently running at the Vineyard Playhouse in Vineyard Haven, is an original comedy written by Deborah Zoe Laufer and directed by Claudia Weil. The line-up of characters includes Jesus, a 16-year-old Elvis impersonator, and Stephen Hawking, who Rachel hopes will save them all. Show times are Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 7 pm; Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays at 8 pm. There will be one matinee on Thursday, August 7, at 3 pm. Reserved seating. Tickets cost between $25 $37.50.
